New drainage, shower tray or bath, wall and floor tiling, and the fitting of sanitaryware.

Plans and permit.
The job is drawn up and the permit is filed with your town hall.
Build and handover.
One person in charge on site until the end. At handover, every detail is checked with you.
Does a full renovation need a permit?
It depends on the scope. If the layout, the structure or the façade changes, the town hall usually asks for one. Novux checks this at the visit and, if needed, handles the application.
Does Novux renovate just a kitchen or a bathroom?
Yes. A renovation doesn't have to cover the whole house. Say in your message which room you want to renovate.
How much does a full renovation cost?
It depends on the size, the state of the home and the materials. After the visit you get a written quote, item by item.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the job and whether it needs a permit. The timeline goes in the written quote, next to the price.
