Four kinds of work.

In each drawing, what's in sand is what Novux builds.

Extensions and new builds
  • Full renovations

Houses, flats, kitchens and bathrooms. What has to go comes out, the plumbing and wiring are redone and the home is handed over ready to live in.

  • Extensions and new builds

An extra room, an enclosed terrace or a house from an empty plot. With its plans and its planning permission.

  • Outdoor work

Printed concrete driveways, slabs, walls and terraces, like the Formentera del Segura driveway further down.

  • Finishes

Floor and wall tiling, plasterboard and painting to finish the job properly.

Why Novux.

The design and the build, by the same team.

Design.

  • Plans and quote.

Novux measures up, draws the work and gives you a written quote, line by line.

  • The licence.

Novux files it with your town hall. All you do is sign.

  • One person.

You deal with one person, not five trades separately.

Build.

  • Someone on site.

Whoever drew up your project builds it and answers for it.

  • Progress photos.

You get them on WhatsApp, so you can follow the work from wherever you are.

  • A checked handover.

Every finish is checked with you before the job is signed off.

Three steps to your build.

  1. Visit and quote.

Novux visits the house with no obligation, measures up and gives you a written quote, item by item.

  2. Plans and permit.

The job is drawn up and the permit is filed with your town hall.

  3. Build and handover.

One person in charge on site until the end. At handover, every detail is checked with you.

Frequently asked questions.

If your question isn't here, contact Novux on WhatsApp.

Ask on WhatsApp

How much does a renovation cost?

It depends on the job and the materials. After the visit you get a written quote, item by item, so you know where every euro goes.

Does Novux handle the planning permission?

Yes. The plans and the application to the town hall are handled by Novux. All you do is sign.

Does Novux work in English?

Yes. A lot of homes around here belong to people from abroad, and the job can be run in English. Get in touch in whichever language suits you.

Which areas does Novux cover?

Novux is based in Los Montesinos and works across the Vega Baja and the Alicante coast, from Orihuela Costa to Altea.

How long does a job take?

It depends on the size and whether it needs permission. The timeline goes in the written quote, next to the price.

How do I get started?

Send a WhatsApp with what you want to do, the town and a couple of photos. That's enough for Novux to give you a first idea and book the visit.
